Michael is Chief Executive of Cabrini Health, a Melbourne based Catholic Health service. He has held this position for 2 years. He was recruited from Doha, Qatar where he was Chief Executive of the National Health Authority. Prior to this he worked in the English National Health Service as Chief Executive, South East London Strategic Health Authority. Prior to moving overseas Michael held a range of senior positions in Victoria and Western Australia. He practiced briefly in the field of Emergency Medicine, he became a Fellow of the RACMA in 1990 and he has over 20 years' experience in health service policy and management, public and private sector, in several different countries.
